Currently in his foundation training, he has already become the blueprint for everything we hope to produce: a coat like silk, an intuitive mind, and a joyful spirit that lights up our home . A Trainer’s Perspective: With decades of professional experience in canine behavior, every breeding decision is made with a focus on "biddability" and temperament. I select for the same high-caliber traits required for elite obedience and therapy work.
The Doodle Academy: Our puppies follow a specialized "Puppy Foundations" curriculum from birth. We integrate early neurological stimulation (ENS) and socialization protocols to ensure they are confident and ready for their new homes.
Lifetime Coaching: Because of my background in canine development, our families don’t just get a dog; they get a partner in training. We provide the tools and support needed to turn a well-bred puppy into a well-adjusted lifelong companion.

In accordance with the highest ethical standards, we strictly adhere to a maturity-first breeding protocol, ensuring that our prospects are at least two years of age and have passed all final OFA and GANA-required health clearances before entering our breeding program. Meet the Founder
Victoria is the visionary architect of Ironstone Goldendoodles and the lead strategist behind The Doodle Academy. Her approach to canine development is defined by a rigorous commitment to genetic transparency, structural integrity, and the systematic mastery of the "Poodle-mix brain."
As a professional member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP), Victoria operates at the intersection of behavioral science and ethical husbandry. She has pioneered a data-driven socialization blueprint that ensures every Ironstone dog is not only genetically sound but mentally prepared for the complexities of modern life.

Having completed the rigorous 4 Course Mentorship Series under industry leader Jeanette Forrey (Cert. #cert_tinsv87m) , she applies advanced neonatal development and puppy curriculum protocols. This specialized education ensures that every breeding decision at Ironstone is backed by the most current standards in canine enrichment and neurological stimulation, solidifying her authority as a leader in ethical Goldendoodle development within the Southwest Wisconsin community.
Meet Charlie
Our founding prospect, Charlie, is the heart of the Ironstone legacy. Chosen for his exceptional coat and intuitive temperament, he represents the very best of the Goldendoodle breed. Currently in his foundation training, Charlie is being prepared to meet all health and temperament standards to become a cornerstone of our future program. Whether he is exploring the trails of Southwest Wisconsin or relaxing in our home, his joyful spirit and intelligence shine through in everything he does.
Meet Phoebe
Our second foundation prospect, Phoebe, is an AKC Miniature Poodle who brings elegance, sharp intelligence, and a sweet nature to the Ironstone family. Born the same day as Charlie, Phoebe is his partner in both play and progress. She is currently undergoing her foundation training and socialization, with her health and temperament being our primary focus as she matures toward her future clearances. Phoebe represents the refinement and 'Poodle-mix brain' that we aim to preserve in every Ironstone puppy.
