The Goldendoodle Academy ($45) and its Puppy Foundations module are strictly digital products. No physical items will be shipped for these specific purchases.

  • Instant Access: Upon successful purchase, you will receive an automated email from Ironstone Goldendoodles within minutes.

  • Login Credentials: This email contains your unique login link or access credentials to our secure member area.

  • No Shipping Fees: Because this is a digital service, there are absolutely no shipping, handling, or hidden fees associated with your enrollment.

  • Technical Support: If your access link doesn't arrive in your inbox within 1 hour (check that "Spam" folder!), reach out to us at info@ironstonegoldendoodles.com.

Physical Goods Shipping

For our handcrafted items, such as the Ironstone Signature Slate Coasters:

  • Shipping Cost: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all physical orders within the United States.

  • Processing Time: Each item is custom-engraved. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order.

  • Delivery Estimate: We ship via USPS. You can typically expect your order to arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
