Welcome to Ironstone Goldendoodles. By purchasing the Puppy Foundation Blueprint or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Intellectual Property & License

All content included in the Puppy Foundation Blueprint, including videos, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Ironstone Goldendoodles and is protected by copyright laws.

  • Personal Use Only: Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license for personal use.

  • Prohibited Acts: You may not record, copy, redistribute, resell, or share your login credentials with others. Unauthorized sharing may result in the immediate termination of your access without a refund.

2. Dog Training Disclaimer

The information provided in this course is for educational purposes only.

  • No Guarantees: Every dog is unique. While our methods are based on professional experience, Ironstone Goldendoodles does not guarantee specific behavioral results.

  • Safety First: You are responsible for the safety of yourself, your dog, and others while implementing these training techniques. Ironstone Goldendoodles is not liable for any injury, property damage, or behavioral issues that may occur during or after the use of our training materials.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately at info@ironstonegoldendoodles.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment & Access

  • Fees: You agree to pay the one-time fee of $45.00 as listed at the time of purchase.

  • Access: Digital access is granted upon successful payment. We reserve the right to modify or update the course content to ensure it remains current.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ironstone Goldendoodles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
