Refund & Return Policy
1. Physical Products (Slate Coasters)
Return Window: "We offer a 30-day return policy for any physical items that arrive damaged or defective."
Custom Goods Disclaimer: "Because our Signature Slate Coasters are custom-engraved to order, they are considered final sale and non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged during transit."
Return Shipping: "For defective items, Ironstone Goldendoodles will provide a pre-paid return label. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs."
2. Digital Products (Academy Enrollment)
"Due to the instant access nature of our digital training materials, including the Puppy Foundations module, all sales for the $45 Goldendoodle Academy are final once delivery has been completed via email."
3. Refund Processing Time
"Once an approved return is received at our Cuba City, Wisconsin office, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Credit Card)."

Your success with your Goldendoodle is our top priority. If you are experiencing technical issues accessing your course, or if you feel the content does not meet the standards described on our website, please contact us at info@ironstonegoldendoodles.com within 14 days of your purchase.
We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues. In specific cases of technical failure or unique circumstances, we evaluate refund requests on an individual basis.
Abuse of Policy
Ironstone Goldendoodles reserves the right to refuse refunds to users who have completed a significant portion of the course or those who demonstrate a pattern of policy abuse.
