Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of the Puppy Foundation Blueprint, all sales are final. Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be "returned" once access has been granted to the video content and proprietary training materials. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds once the course has been purchased and the digital delivery has been completed.

Your success with your Goldendoodle is our top priority. If you are experiencing technical issues accessing your course, or if you feel the content does not meet the standards described on our website, please contact us at info@ironstonegoldendoodles.com within 14 days of your purchase.

We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues. In specific cases of technical failure or unique circumstances, we evaluate refund requests on an individual basis.

Abuse of Policy

Ironstone Goldendoodles reserves the right to refuse refunds to users who have completed a significant portion of the course or those who demonstrate a pattern of policy abuse.
