February 9, 2026 Update: Phoebe has officially entered the Environmental & Structural Stability phase of the Ironstone Socialization Protocol. Early observations show high curiosity and rapid recovery when introduced to new surface textures and elevated platforms. Formal testing for Acoustic and Social Neutrality is scheduled to begin as she matures, following the Registry's "Neutrality Over Affection" benchmark.
